Stability & Connection Issues
Why is Trailz disconnecting?
Connection interruptions can occur for various reasons:
- Network instability (weak Wi-Fi, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, low bandwidth).
- Device issues (battery savers closing the app, overheating, low memory).
- Background interruptions (incoming calls, notifications, other apps taking priority).
- Server maintenance or temporary service issues.
- Minimizing and reopening Trailz after approximately 10 seconds.
When a connection issue occurs, the game will attempt to reconnect automatically, but the interruption may affect gameplay.
How do I fix the problem?
Ensure you are connected to a stable network.
If you continue to experience problems, try the following:
- Restart the game and your device.
- Network checks:
- Stay on one stable network.
- Avoid switching between Wi-Fi spots or between Wi-Fi and mobile data during a match.
- Reset your router if needed.
- Device fixes: close background applications, clear storage, and disable battery optimization settings that restrict network activity.
- External factors: disable VPN or Proxy services.
- If the issue persists: contact support and include your device model, OS version, and a description of when the disconnections occur.
Why does my game lag or freeze?
- Lag: internet issues - unstable or slow network, switching between networks.
- Freezes: device performance issues - low RAM, overheating, too many background apps, outdated operating system.
What happens if I lose connection during a match?
You will be replaced by a bot. During this time you will not earn XP, will not collect card drops, will not lose trophies, and will not consume fuel.
